1.25 oz. 13.5% AA Millenium - 70 min
.5 oz. 3.5% E.K. Goldings - 20 min
.5 oz. 3.5% E.K. Goldings - knockout
Wyeast 1028 London Ale yeast (large starter)
Wyeast nutrient
90 min mash at 152.
1.090 OG.
Fermented at 67, raised to 70 near end.
